Bloody Cold!!!

A cold and unforgiving january, and some bright spark had the idea to organise a Dayskipper Practical course down in the solent with Capital Sailing.

Despite heavy gales and snow in the first two weekends of January, the first weekend of the course was fantastic, blowy and dry, in just the right quantities. The second weekend was absolutely delightfull, (although a little short on wind) but gave ample chance to practice the finer arts of mooring techniques, anchoring under sail and even a bit of blind navigation.

Glen, the instructor supplied by Capital Sailing, was simply superb, Cheers mate. And all who sailed on Zanzara over those two weekends had a fantastic experience.
